You can imagine the surprising shock I experienced when I waltzed into my local Ulta today to pick some hair product up and saw a sign that said: "Ulta Nail Lacquers $2."
I literarlly dialed 3 people immediately to tell them. Ulta product is pretty good--it's not as great as Sephora brand merchandise, but at $2 a pop you can't beat that!
I was pining for some dark nail color to finish the winter out with and I always love a bright red on my toes. Here we have "Ruby Slipper" (how apropos) and "Chocolate Kiss."
How much longer will I be able to get away with wearing dark colored nails before I have to transition to the light "Spring" colors??
